I’m Brian, a product manager with 10+ years of experience leading complex projects across teams at companies like Comcast and URBN. I’ve spent my career helping organizations build better products, untangle customer pain points, and create experiences that actually work for the people using them.
I started in graphic design, picked up a psychology degree, and have worked across eCommerce, consulting, nonprofit healthcare, and telecom. Through it all, I’ve found myself trying to answer the same question: what are people really trying to accomplish, and what is getting in the way?
I live in Collingswood, NJ with my wife, a couple of pups, a cat, and a young child who I am desperate not to embarrass. I like to make some music for fun, lose at board games for fun, and root for Philly sports… for fun?
